Ayam Kecap Lada Hitam


Today's recipee

1/2 kg Chicken wings (meat is not preferable, less tastier)
3 cloves big shallots (minced)
5 cloves garlic (crush)
1/2 tsp black pepper
salt to taste
1 tsp chicken stock (powder)
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 cup of water
nutmeg powder to taste
5-6 tbsp soy sauce

fry shallots and garlic until it releases the fragrance (dont burn it) mixed all remain spices and stir for abt 1 minute, add the chicken and stir until the chicken release some fluids, mixed the soy sauce and leave for about 5 minutes until the grease from the chicken is a bit dry, then add the water, wait for about 20 minutes until well cooked, served with rice :) if like you can eat with chili sauce like sambal bajak, or the one with lime..
